Our dozens start at $60 depending on design. We are currently only doing 2 or more dozens per order. Please keep in mind that we need up to two weeks notice.

PAYMENT POLICY/ CANCEL POLICY
Upon receiving an invoice, payment is required within 48 hours unless prior arrangements have been made and agreed upon. Payment is required to hold a customer's place on the calendar to ensure there is adequate time to fill and complete the order. If the invoice has not been paid within the 48 hours and we have not heard from the customer, the order WILL BE CANCELLED.

All orders must be cancelled 10 days prior to the delivery date. Payments will be returned upon cancellation (minus supply costs). Orders cancelled less than 10 days will not receive any payments returned due to production process having already begun.
ORDER PICK UP INFORMATION
If a customer/ designated person in place of the customer does not pick up the order within 24 hours of the designated pick up date, the order will be thrown away or given away and a refund WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The cookies are perishable items, please ensure that you/designated pick up person can retrieve the order on the date agreed upon.

TRANSPORTING PRODUCTS
Please use caution when transporting your cookies. Cookies are fragile and we will not be held responsible for any breakage that may occur after our product has left our possession.
IMPORTANT KITCHEN/ ALLERGEN INFORMATION REQUIRED BY THE STATE OF VIRGINIA
Homemade sugar cookies with royal icing contain all purpose flour, eggs, pure vanilla extract, pure almond extract, sugar, brown sugar, cornstarch, meringue powder, milk, baking powder, and salted or unsalted butter. Possible additions within other cookie recipes that may be requested may include: chocolate, cinnamon, graham cracker, maple syrup, pecans, and pumpkin.

Allergen warning: cookies are made in an environment that contains gluten and nuts.

As this kitchen operates under the Virginia State Cottage Laws and is not subject to inspection, we strive to operate and maintain a sanitary and clean environment in order to produce high quality products. While the products themselves may not contain allergens, they are produced in an environment in which those are present, such as nuts. Please consume all products with caution if a known allergen exists.
CHANGES TO AN ORDER
Changes to cookie designs, quantities or dates are done solely to The Teensy Cookie Co.’s discretion dependent upon availability to accommodate the request(s).
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
In the event you are not satisfied with the product, the uneaten cookies must be returned within a week. An assessment of their condition will occur to decipher any credit that may be issued towards a future order.
